1. Automated collection, processing and use of data

If you would like to subscribe to our newsletter, we will need at least your e-mail address to which the newsletter is
to be sent as well as your first and last name. The provision of further personal data is purely optional in connection with the dispatch of the newsletter.

To subscribe to our newsletter service, we use the so-called "double opt-in procedure”. Here, the respective user
must confirm his subscription to our newsletter service by clicking on a link contained in an e-mail that we sent to
the e-mail address specified by the user when he/she registered for our service. The subscription and confirmation
are logged here. This serves to prevent unauthorised persons from subscribing to our newsletter service using
someone else's e-mail address.

Any consent given may be revoked at any time with effect for the future. For this purpose, please use the
unsubscribe function in our newsletters.

4. Use of cookies

We constantly strive to improve our web pages and employ cookies for this purpose. A cookie is a small text file
containing a string of characters that is stored on your device. So-called session cookies are deleted again once you

This website uses Piwik, an open-source web analytics software. Piwik uses “cookies”, text files placed on your computer, to help analyze how users use the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be stored on the server of the service provider in Germany.
