Prima Cruz is the new Team Manager of Kleffmann Group Australia
Prima Cruz has been appointed as the new Team Manager for Kleffmann Group Australia. Her role is to be responsible for conducting Kleffmann Group surveys in Australia and New Zealand, as well as being responsible for the local customer service. Prima Cruz has more than 18 years of experience in call centre management and customer service, within a range of agri-food companies. This wealth of experience will benefit clients, as she takes ownership of the position of Team Manager for Kleffmann Group Australia.
The employment of Prima Cruz comes on the back of the investment by Kleffmann Group in its new larger call centre in Melbourne, which will enable the team to meet the needs of Kleffmann customers more efficiently. The panel surveys of Kleffmann Group Australia will also be supported directly by Kleffmann Group’s headquarter. Operationally Kleffmann Group Australia remains integrated into the growing Asia-Pacific business unit.
