KG MarketSense adds agricultural research analyst for North America
Des Moines, Iowa – May 11, 2017 – KG MarketSense is pleased to welcome John Green as a Research Analyst for the organization. In his new role, Green will assist KG MarketSense in serving the company’s agricultural marketing research clients in North America.
“John’s experience as an economist and researcher is an invaluable asset to our team,” says David Soorholtz, Managing Director of North American operations for KG MarketSense. “His involvement in his family’s large-scale crop farm in central Illinois also gives him a unique, first-hand perspective on ag inputs.”
Green previously worked as the Director of Strategic Marketing for the National Pork Board and as a Marketing Research Consultant for multiple ag sectors. He also has served as Director of Production and Education for the National Corn Growers Association, Manager at Illinois Produce International and in multiple capacities on faculty at Oregon State University and Iowa State University.
Green earned a M.S. in Agricultural Economics and a B.S. in Animal Science from Iowa State University.
