          Establishment of foreign branches in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland

1994:  Founding of further branches in Bulgaria and Romania. Market leadership in
          Central Europe

1995:  Branch offices opened in Australia and Russia

1996:  Opening of British branch

1997:  Strengthening of overseas activities through opening of Brazil branch

2000:  Expansion of business activities in the US through strategic partnership with
          Millennium Research, Minneapolis

2001:  Founding of joint venture enterprise AMIS Global Ltd. with
          Phillips McDougall, Scotland

2003:  Establishment of branch office in Mexico and business expansion in
          Central America

2004:  Joint venture with PrecisionProspecting Ltd. (Woodbridge, UK) and founding of 
          KactiveResearch. Opening of Kleffmann branch in Kiev, the Ukraine

2005:  Opening of Kleffmann branch in France (Lyon). Working presence in the Asian
          market through strategic joint venture with The Research Pacific Group;
          founding of Kleffmann Research Pacific. New branches in Colombia and 
          Argentina. Kleffmann changes company name to Kleffmann Group

2006:  Opening of branch in Iowa City, USA
